TRUTH TAGGING (/tro͞oTH//ˈtaɡiNG/)

  • truth-tagging:  (n) the act of revealing the truth based on facts and evidence, particularly the connection or involvement of several persons or organizations with/to an incident/event, activity, or another person/s and/or organization/s
  • truth tag:  (v) to reveal the truth on facts and evidence about the connection or involvement of several persons or organizations with/to an incident/event, activity, or another person/s and/or organization/s
  • act of labelling or identifying someone or something with what is factual or real
  • act of expounding on a widely-known fact by a group/individual, revealing the whole truth in the process based on credible and evidentiary values/information
  • a forthright presentation of facts to expose the deceit, false claims and/or posturings of certain individuals, groups or organizations that usually have insidious and harmful intent to take advantage of public ignorance to promote the agenda or motives of said individuals or groups, and not the interest of the public
  • an effort to raise public awareness and knowledge to protect them against devious narratives and calls to action that are directed against authorities,  individuals, institutions, political and religious organizations, civic groups, etc
